We took a trip to the Denver Zoo to celebrate Andy's first Father's Day. I finished the day off by making Andy a "gourmet" vegetarian meal that reminded him of his omnivore days - a fried "buffalo" tofu sandwich with coleslaw and homemade sweet potato fries.
