Visiting family in Connecticut!

The girls had a great time during our short visit to Connecticut. Harper and her cousin Luca are 14 months apart and best buds. Reid and Eli are six weeks apart, they were typical two year olds but had moments of absolute sweetness. They are both very verbal and it was fun to listen to their conversations. Cousin Noah was sick for basically our entire visit, which was sad for everyone.
Our flight out was delayed an hour and a half so Reid amused herself by talking on the phone.
Both girls were obsessed with the chickens that my parents have.

Harper loved to collect the eggs. The hens produce several dozen daily. Makes me wish we had a big enough yard to keep some! Though I think they are banned in our town.
We visited great-grammy for lunch in Boston. It was her first time meeting Reid.
Eli sliding down from the treehouse that Papa built for the boys. They are lucky to have such a nice neighbor!

We took a trip to a rescue farm in a neighboring town. It was a cold day but we still were able to feed goats, visits with horses, cows, llamas and a zonkey (zebra + donkey), feed parsley to guinea pigs and go for a horse ride. Reid was very excited about the idea of riding the horse but got a little afraid when it was time to get on. Harper loved it!

Two crazy-haired babies in the bathtub.
Sometimes she lets me brush her hair. Pretty girl.
