Our new house

We are under contract for a new house, we close on December 10. The decision to purchase the house came rather unexpectedly, we thought that we were going to leave Colorado in the near future, but what do you know- we're staying.

The home is located in Wheat Ridge, due west of Denver. It has five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (so plenty of room for guests!!) and is about 2800 square feet. It sits on about a third of an acre, so Oscar will have lots of space for playing ball. One of our favorite parts is that it is adjacent to a 350 acre open space park with 6.5 miles of trails, and there is a playground and several soccer fields literally across the street, providing the perfect opportunity for Andy to get an early start on Harper's soccer skills.
